Before establishing LUWIN Real Estate he worked for PATRIZIA AG and TRIUVA Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH (formerly, IVG Institutional Funds GmbH) as head of the investment management division, responsible for all purchases and sales in Germany and across Europe, executing transactions valued at over EUR 15billion. Other landmarks in his career include Oppenheim Immobilien, DEGI Deutsche Gesellschaft für Immobilienfonds, Aberdeen Asset Management and IVG Immobilien AG. During that time, he held positions in the areas of asset management, fund management and investor relations. Within LUWIN Real Estate Manuel DeVigili is responsible for portfolio management, asset management and investment management.
Maximilian Schneidler

He previously worked for Quantum Immobilien Group where, as Managing Director and Head of Business Development, he was responsible for expanding the institutional investor base in Germany and abroad, as well as strategic product development. Other landmarks in his career include various positions within IVG Immobilien Group and GLL Real Estate Partners GmbH (today part of Macquarie Group). During that time, he held positions in the areas of investment management, fund and portfolio management as well as investor relations. Within LUWIN Real Estate Maximilian Schneidler is responsible for the expansion of LUWIN's institutional business in Germany and abroad, broadening the product portfolio as well as investor services.

Prior to this, he worked with international investors and was involved in the conception and implementation of a real estate fund (Spezial-AIF) in the investor relations division at TRIUVA Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH (formerly IVG Institutional Funds GmbH). Furthermore, he was a commercial asset manager at TRIUVA and Corestate Capital, where he was responsible for real estate assets of various types of use and risk profiles across Germany. During his career he has been entrusted with a transaction volume of around EUR 1 billion. Benjamin Lutz has a degree in construction and real estate economics.

Prior to this, he worked as Head of Asset Management Germany and Managing Director for Principal Real Estate Europe (formerly Internos Global Investors), and was responsible for the asset management of an office, retail and logistics portfolio across Germany. He began his career first as a graduate trainee and afterwards as an investment manager with IC Real Estate Group. Marcus Sälinger holds degrees in economics and property valuation and an MBA in international real estate management and is a member of the RICS.
