offices, retail, residential (different usage concepts, no commercial housing), logistics / light industrial and hotels (no management contracts)
Locations:
offices, retail and hotels: Top 7 cities and selected category B cities
residential: nationwide cities with 50,000 or more inhabitants, preferably top 7 metropolises incl. commuter belt locations and prosperous locations incl. student cities
industrial: established logistics clusters and last-mile locations
Risk profile:
core to value-adding, leasing risks can be taken on, no far-reaching construction and development risks
Forward transactions:
building permit existing, preferably forward commitment, completion time up to approx. 3 years
For our semi-institutional investors, we are looking for:

offices, retail (no shopping-centers), residential (different usage concepts, no commercial housing) and logistics / light industrial
Locations:
offices and retail: nationwide in German cities with over 100,000 inhabitants, preferably Top 7 metropolises and prosperous cities of category B
residential: nationwide cities with 50,000 or more inhabitants, preferably top 7 metropolises incl. commuter belt locations and prosperous locations incl. student cities
industrial: established logistics clusters and last-mile locations
Risk profile:
