Liability for content
In accordance with Section 7(1) of the German Telemedia Act, as a service provider we are liable for our own content on these sites according to general law. However, according to Sections 8 to 10 of the German Telemedia Act, as a service provider we are not obligated to monitor external information that has been provided or stored, or to investigate circumstances that suggest illegal activity.
Obligations to remove or block the use of information according to general law shall remain unaffected by this. However, any such liability is possible only upon receipt of knowledge regarding a specific infringement. Upon discovery of corresponding infringements, we shall remove this content immediately.
Liability for links
Our services contain links to external websites belonging to third parties, on whose content we have no influence. We are therefore also unable to accept liability for this external content. The respective provider or operator of the sites remains liable for the content of the linked sites. The linked sites were checked for potential infringements at the time of linking. At the time of linking, no illegal content could be discerned.
However, permanent content control of the linked sites is not reasonable without clear indication of an infringement. Upon discovery of infringements, we shall remove such links immediately.
