Ma’Ro
Frankfurt
With its two buildings, the Ma`Ro office and retail ensemble designed by the Berlin architect, Eike Becker, forms the link between the Neue Mainzer and Neue Rothofstrasse with Junghofstrasse and the luxury shopping street Goethestrasse and is therefore part of the urban, prospering opera district. The design appears as a fleeting stacking of boxes, which sometimes tower up, then jump back, up to a height of 32 meters.
The representative office space with spacious, flexible floor plans and internal connecting stairs can be reached via an architecturally representative lobby with an impressive lighting concept. Six roof terraces open up a unique view of the Opera Quarter and the Frankfurt skyline. Among other tenants, Ma`Ro is occupied by internationally operating management consultancies and real estate companies. In addition, the ground floor offers an appealing retail mix with attractive dining options and modern lifestyle brands.
